Another Successful Sparkling Season in Portonovi with an Increased Number of Guests

Another successfully organized Sparkling Season in Portonovi showed that winter months on the coast can be very enjoyable. More than 20 festive events for children and adults, 14 days of the festive market, numerous concerts, and a beautiful light show on the buildings in Portonovi Marina attracted a large number of visitors as well as guests who stayed at rental apartments. Guests mostly came from the region but also from Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and other European countries.

"This is certainly promising for us, but it is also an obligation to offer new activities and create additional content with our tenants to attract people, not only from Montenegro and the region but from the world, and bring them to Boka and Herceg Novi," said the Director of Marketing and Communications at Portonovi, Adrijana Husić.

A large number of events were organized across Montenegro, and visitors had plenty of choices, so the number of visitors is even more significant and speaks about the quality of the program. From December 2, when the lights were turned on the New Year tree and the decorations in the resort, there were more than 3 thousand visitors a day, which is a very significant number.

Although due to an unfavorable weather forecast with wind and rain, the two last concerts were postponed, and the Festive Market was closed for two last days, there was still plenty of fun. This year’s offer of food and beverages delighted all the visitors, and ten houses that decorated Portonovi Marina Square prepared new surprises for visitors every day. The market consisted of Auntie’s House with two houses, Koffein, La Petite Maison (Maison du Monde), One&Only Portonovi, Boka Chefs, Santa Clause Station (Idea), Square Sweets, Square Pub, and Gastro Pub 3.

As part of the Sparkling Season, this year’s stage in Marina Square hosted Trio Gušt, Burak Yeter, Klapa Kaše and Castel Nuovo, Elemental, Ida Prester & Lollobrigida, Mostar Sevdah Reunion, Fantom, Michael Jackson Tribute Band, and numerous other bands and DJs. This year’s stage and lights attracted significant attention from visitors who came every day to enjoy the most magical lights and decorations that became the trademark of Portonovi and Herceg Novi.

Tijana Bogićević and Symphony Orchestra – The Best of 80s concerts that were supposed to take place last weekend were postponed for summer 2024.
