Seven Years of Portonovi: Seven Days of Inspiring Experiences

From Sunday, 26 July to Sunday, 2 August, Portonovi will mark seven years since its opening with a vibrant program of cultural, sporting and family-friendly events. Alongside a dynamic calendar of experiences, visitors will be invited to discover exclusive dining, shopping and wellness offerings across the resort.

On Sunday, 26 July, the celebrations will begin with the opening of a Contemporary Art Exhibition, organized in collaboration with Pizana Art Space Gallery, featuring works by two prominent Montenegrin artists, Sonja Đuranović and Roman Đuranović. The exhibition will be open to visitors until 2 August, daily from 6 pm to 11 pm.

On Monday, 27 July, art will step beyond the gallery walls and become part of the destination’s outdoor setting with Boka on Canvas. Seven artists will create their works live at seven different locations throughout Portonovi, offering visitors the opportunity to witness the creative process, meet the artists and enjoy the live performance of three talented musicians at three different locations across the resort, bringing an added sense of energy and atmosphere.

The anniversary week will also feature a rich program designed especially for younger guests. As part of Boka on Canvas, the Central Park will host a Children’s Art Zone, with creative workshops and hands-on activities encouraging children to explore their artistic side.

From 27 July to 1 August, children will be able to enjoy face painting every day at several locations across Portonovi, between 7 pm and 9 pm. On Tuesday, 28 July, children aged 6 to 12 will be invited to embark on an interactive treasure hunt, Seven Secrets of Portonovi. By solving riddles and completing a series of challenges, young adventurers will work together to uncover the hidden treasure of Captain Adriatic.

Wellness and an active lifestyle remain an integral part of Portonovi’s identity. On Wednesday, 29 July, guests can start the day with a complimentary morning yoga session on the helipad, overlooking the spectacular Bay of Kotor. That evening, Active Portonovi, organized in collaboration with One&Only Portonovi, will offer a selection of activities suitable for all levels of fitness, inviting guests to move, connect and enjoy an active evening by the sea.

Music is an essential part of the celebrations. In addition to the performances taking place as part of Boka on Canvas, Thursday, 30 July, will see Low Voltage take to the stage at the Marina Promenade. With their energetic renditions of popular local and international hits, the band will provide the soundtrack to another memorable summer evening in Portonovi.

On Saturday evening, 1 August, in collaboration with the Operosa Montenegro Opera Festival, the iconic opera La Bohème will be performed at Vista Square, offering a unique opportunity to experience one of the world’s best-known operas under the stars.

Alongside the vibrant program of events, restaurants, cafés, boutiques and wellness partners across Portonovi have prepared a selection of exclusive offers, available from 26 July to 2 August, giving guests even more reasons to celebrate.

NOA has prepared a limited-edition three-course tasting menu dedicated to the renowned Gambero Rosso di Mazara del Vallo, one of the Mediterranean’s most prized delicacies. The menu features crudo, homemade spaghetti and grilled Gambero Rosso.

At Malo Ribarsko Selo, guests can choose between two specially curated four-course menus, one focused on fish and the other on meat, inspired by the flavours of the Adriatic and the finest seasonal ingredients.

At Rockfish Beach Club, visitors can try the Portonovi Oasis, a signature cocktail created exclusively to mark seven years since the resort opened.

Kafeterija has prepared a Portonovi Special offer featuring homemade lemonade paired with a selection of some of its signature cakes.
