Portonovi Marina Welcomes Four Seasons I During Its Maiden Mediterranean Voyage
Portonovi Marina welcomed Four Seasons I on June 12, as the inaugural vessel from Four Seasons Yachts made its Adriatic call following the launch of its maiden Mediterranean voyage.
The arrival marked an important milestone for both Four Seasons Yachts and Portonovi Marina, bringing the hospitality brand's first fully customized yachting experience to Montenegro and further reinforcing Portonovi's position as one of the Adriatic's leading luxury nautical destinations.
Guests arriving aboard Four Seasons I spent the day exploring Portonovi and the Boka Bay, experiencing the destination's waterfront lifestyle, dining venues, retail offering and marina facilities before continuing their Adriatic journey later that evening.
Conceived as an extension of the Four Seasons philosophy at sea, Four Seasons I combines the exclusivity of private yachting with the brand's renowned approach to personalized hospitality. Accommodating just 95 suites, the vessel was designed to deliver an intimate onboard experience supported by a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio.
The visit further strengthens Portonovi Marina's growing reputation among the world's most prestigious hospitality and maritime brands. The marina proudly holds Platinum Status 5 Gold Anchor, International Clean Marina and Superyacht Ready accreditations, reflecting its commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence and environmental responsibility.
In addition, Portonovi Marina is authorized to host international passenger ships, further expanding its capabilities and supporting its long-term vision of becoming a premier maritime hub in the Adriatic.
Commenting on the visit, Novica Radojičić, Marina Manager, said:
"Welcoming Four Seasons I to Portonovi Marina is a significant moment for our destination and another confirmation of the growing international recognition of both the marina and Montenegro as a whole. The inclusion of Portonovi on the yacht's Adriatic itinerary reflects the quality of our infrastructure, services and overall destination offering. We are proud to host one of the most anticipated new names in luxury hospitality and yachting and look forward to welcoming Four Seasons I again during the season."
Developed in collaboration with Tillberg Design of Sweden, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, creative director Prosper Assouline and Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, Four Seasons I represents a new chapter in ultra-luxury maritime travel. The vessel's debut also coincides with the 65th anniversary of Four Seasons, connecting the brand's hospitality heritage with its expansion into experiential yachting.
The June 12 call marked the first of four scheduled visits by Four Seasons I to Portonovi Marina throughout June and July, highlighting the marina's increasing appeal among the world's most prestigious ultra-luxury yachting brands and further positioning Montenegro as a premier Adriatic destination for high-end maritime travel.
The arrival of Four Seasons I brought together world-class hospitality, refined yachting culture and the elevated Mediterranean lifestyle that defines Portonovi Marina, attracting international attention to both the destination and the wider region.
