Portonovi Marina Achieves Prestigious 5 Gold Anchor Platinum Status
Portonovi Marina has been awarded 5 Gold Anchor Platinum status, the highest recognition granted by The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), placing it among the most elite marinas in the Mediterranean and worldwide.
Platinum accreditation represents the pinnacle of marina excellence. Reserved for destinations that consistently exceed the highest international standards, it recognizes exceptional service quality, advanced infrastructure, operational precision, and outstanding experience for yacht owners and professional crews alike.
Commenting on the achievement, Novica Radojičić, Marina Manager at Portonovi, said:
“Achieving Platinum status is the result of years of hard work, consistency, and the dedication of our entire marina team. This recognition reflects an exceptional level of commitment, professionalism, and attention to detail shown every day on the ground. We are extremely proud of what has been accomplished and excited to continue raising standards, introducing new improvements, and further enhancing the experience for our clients and partners.”
This milestone confirms Portonovi Marina’s position as a leading superyacht destination in the Adriatic. The marina features 238 berths supported by 24/7 marina operations, technical assistance, concierge services, duty-free fuel, and high-speed fibre-optic connectivity, ensuring seamless functionality and peace of mind at every stage of a yacht’s stay.
Beyond technical excellence, Portonovi Marina is distinguished by its integration into a complete luxury lifestyle destination. As part of Portonovi village, marina guests enjoy direct access to refined dining, retail, and leisure experiences, as well as the five-star One&Only Portonovi and the globally renowned Chenot Espace Wellness Spa.
Sustainability and responsibility remain central to the marina’s operations. Portonovi Marina also holds International Clean Marina and Superyacht Ready accreditations, reflecting its commitment to environmental stewardship, advanced waste management systems, and the long-term protection of the pristine ecosystem of Boka Bay.
The Platinum status builds on a series of international recognitions earned through continuous investment and service upgrades. Most notably, Portonovi Marina was named Best International Marina of the Year 2024, further reinforcing its growing global reputation.
With this latest accolade, Portonovi Marina not only celebrates an important milestone but also strengthens Montenegro’s position on the global nautical map, setting a new platinum benchmark for Adriatic luxury marinas.
