In Addition to Festive Market, the Mercedes E-Class Is a New Attraction in Portonovi
Last weekend in Portonovi, Festive Market was opened, and in addition to an imposing New Year tree, decorations, and festive delicacies, all visitors were captivated by the new E-Class. In 2023, Mercedes Benz started a new chapter for business limousines, so the new E-Class is paving the way for the transition from an internal combustion engine to an electric drive. At the same time, its electronic architecture enables a comprehensive digital user experience.
All car enthusiasts will be thrilled with the news that the new E-Class has the proportions of the classic limousine of the three-box design, and the most important improvement in the back part includes two-part LED lights. The dashboard enables a digital experience in the interior, and in terms of spaciousness, E-Class is one of the favorites in this regard. The driver has more space than the previous model, and the passengers in the back have more leg room. The new E-Class is also available with the Technology Package as optional equipment.
E-Class as a Years-Long Success Story
Mercedes-Benz has produced more than 16 million medium-class vehicles since 1946. The heritage of the E-Class goes back to the earliest days of the brand. In the early 20th century, the predecessor companies that created Mercedes-Benz brought the corresponding vehicles to market.
The 124-model series produced from 1984 to 1995 bore the E-Class name for the first time since mid-1993. The "twin headlamp face" front and innovative technology were characteristic of the 210-model series launched in 1995. The 211-model series E-Class was launched in early 2002. The E-Class 212 (limousine and wagon) and 207 (Cabriolet and Coupe Model Series) followed in 2009. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class 213-model series debuted in 2016, and from 2017 for the first time as All-Terrain. Additionally, there are coupes and convertibles from the 238 series.
