Name of the position/work place: Security Systems Supervisor – Security Guard
Organization Department: Safety & Security Department
Reports to: Security Contract Coordinator

Job description:

  • Protection of property and facilities from destruction, damage, theft and the commission of other criminal offenses and delicts;
  • Protecting persons from endangering their lives, physical and psychological integrity, privacy and personal rights, as well as other forms of endangering their security;
  • Maintenance of order at public gatherings, sports or other public events;
  • Protecting property and residents of Portonovi from attack or harm
  • To discover sources of security breaches within Portonovi;
  • To report and track all incidents occurring in Portonovi;
  • To organize patrols around Portonovi and retention of perpetrators of criminal offenses on the spot;
  • Performs duties and exercises powers in accordance with the law;
  • Supervising parking procedure, registration of vehicle entering the resort;
  • Monitoring the theft detection and fire alarm system;
  • Monitoring the system for controlling persons, vehicles and luggage;
  • Managing the system for establishing and maintaining connections (radio and telephone system);
  • Assessing safety risk, hazards and undertaking measures for their elimination, in accordance with legal authorizations;
  • Take appropriate measures in the event of natural disasters and in emergencies;
    Communication with colleagues, clients, police and other segments of security in accordance with the rules of business communication;
  • Manage the administrative affairs from the scope of its work;
  • Use of information and telecommunication technologies;
  • Apply measures of personal protection, protection at work and environment in accordance with regulations;
  • Works in accordance with the provisions and regulations on the protection of human rights;
  • Acts in accordance with the ethics and morality regulations;
  • All other activities assigned by Superior

Education:

IV level of education/qualification or higher. Permission for performing protection of persons and property

Work experience:

A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in similar functions.

Preferred competencies:

  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
  • The appropriate security licenses
