Key Responsibilities:
- A Rental Assistant contributes the flow of the entire Rental program; starting from market analysis, quality reporting (Country report & Production report), Rate list implementation, System and OTA maintenance, proper promotion of Promo offers, preparing rental agreements with tour agencies, as well as determining customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction).
- Maintain a working knowledge competitor’s practices and rental rates;
- Foster customer relations to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction;
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form
- Responsible for maintaining inventory control including frequent inventory counts using Opera Property Management system and Channel Manager for OTA channels
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or mail. Identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room type, and verify availability of room type and rate.
- Informing clients about the reservation guarantee, special price and cancellation policy.
- Answering questions about the facility/services and residences.
- Storing and organizing files/data of all groups.
- All other activities assigned by Superior.
Qualifications and Experience:
- IV level degree.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
