Job description:

Lifestyle Services Manager is one of the key persons to execute PRMC’s Vision of providing the ultra-luxury experience to all of our stakeholders;

  • An eye for detail kind of a person with readiness and eagerness to please and improve the overall emotional/experiences aspect (the ‘’feel’’) of Portonovi on daily basis at all times; To pre-empt, troubleshoot, and solve any Customer Service issues before they even arise; To proactively seek for new and improve the existing Lifestyle Services to the benefit of all PRMC stakeholders;
  • To proactively research Homeowners’ profiles (including their families, friends, and associates) with the aim of providing and/or introducing top notch bespoke Customer Lifestyle Experiences;
  • To proactively assist the departmental director in finding ways to continuously improve the range of services & experiences offered;
  • To be aware of all Lifestyle Services and scheduled in-house group activities offered to customers;
  • To ensure Lifestyle Services department policies and procedures (opening hours, employee shifts) are enforced;
  • To supervise and maintain the Lifestyle Services offices, including the (but not limited to) following: employee appearances and attitudes, office cleanliness, merchandising and brochure inventories;
  • To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly departmental financial and payroll forecasts;
  • To manage sales reports and cash handling;
  • To monitor and handle guest reviews, responding promptly;
  • To report security issues; To monitor supplies and equipment;
  • To maintain a top quality, professional work environment;
  • To attend department meetings as required and actively participate in the Customer Experiences department;
  • To liaise with all employees on lifestyle services related issues;


 Preferred competencies:

  • Ability to manage a budget
  • Advanced knowledge of Concierge/Lifestyle services processes and procedures
  • Proven organizational and outstanding interpersonal and social skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office package), technology savvy, and up to date on trends
  • Customer service orientated
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of other languages preferred
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about continuously researching, suggesting, and ultimately improving the overall emotional/experiences aspect (the ‘’feel’’) of Portonovi
  • Flexible and stress resistant personality
  • Drive to take customer expectations above and beyond at all times
