  • Reports to: General Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for HR management in line with legal regulations and company standards
  • Preparation and recommendation of HR policies and procedures
  • Setting HR strategy with the General Manager and HR consultant
  • Managing recruitment programs (tests, interviews, counselling managers)
  • Cooperation with departments to define training and development needs
  • Resolving employee grievances and providing counselling
  • Monitoring compliance with Montenegrin labor law
  • Creating and updating job descriptions and requirements
  • Implementing organizational culture, values, and competencies
  • Managing employees with focus on knowledge development
  • Organizing employee administration per regulations
  • Coordinating projects with other departments
  • Executing annual HR processes (performance reviews, etc.)
  • Monitoring HR budget and optimizing personnel costs
  • Organizing onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Tracking changes in employment law and informing superiors
  • Preparing reports, records, and plans as required
  • Monitoring KPIs and taking corrective actions when needed
  • Performing other tasks as requested by superiors

Qualifications

  • Education: VII level or higher
  • Probation period: 3–6 months
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR leadership roles (hospitality preferred)
  • Competencies: Strong HR operations knowledge, employment law, strategic mindset, leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Montenegrin
