Monitoring HR budget and optimizing personnel costs
Organizing onboarding and orientation of new employees
Tracking changes in employment law and informing superiors
Preparing reports, records, and plans as required
Monitoring KPIs and taking corrective actions when needed
Performing other tasks as requested by superiors
Qualifications
Education: VII level or higher
Probation period: 3–6 months
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR leadership roles (hospitality preferred)
Competencies: Strong HR operations knowledge, employment law, strategic mindset, leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Montenegrin
