Name of the position/work place: Finance Director

Organization: Finance Division

Reports to: General Manager

Job description:

  • Performing monthly financial analysis and reporting to top management and shareholders as requested;
  • Supervision of the budgeting process by monitoring expenditures, analysing revenues and determining budget variances and reporting to top management and shareholders;
  • Reviewing annual Financial Statements (IFRS) and supervision of reporting specialist and external audit process;
  • Developing and updating financial models as per request of top management and shareholders;
  • Supporting the improvement of reporting system and optimization of workflow in Finance Department;
  • Coordinating with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;
  • Organization of team, implementation and optimization of related business processes - according to law regulations and internal company standards
  • Creating an integrated risk frame work for the entire organization;
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
  • Creating plans to mitigate risks and monitor the progress of risk mitigation activities;
  • Taking full responsibility for the financial management of the resort;
  • Review of the results of the independent internal and external auditor of the project, as well as the implementation of changes from the audit, where necessary;
  • All other activities assigned by Superior

Education:  VII level of education/qualification or higher in Finance/Economic/Accounting.

Work experience:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in the similar job position, preferably in a multinational company

Preferred competencies:

  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
  • Commercial and business awareness;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with team, leadership, negotiation, ability to influence others; and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and risk management skills
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and good time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
  • Professional accountancy qualifications such as: ACCA; CIMA; CIPF.
