Valentine’s Day menu will include shared starters (two courses), a main course, and a dessert. The first course will consist of local tuna sashimi, hazelnut cream, ponzu, and pickled kohlrabi; the second course will include rose tea cured duck, plum gel, tomato flowers, coriander, radish, and duck mousseline. The main course, which is not for sharing, includes crispy pulled lamb, kale, pumpkin, jalapenos, walnut oil, amaretto sauce, or salmon furikake with charred avocado, kimchi, and teriyaki sauce. Both are served with a shared daikon salad. For dessert, guests will have salted caramel cheesecake.
