Square Restaurant will organize a New Year's Eve party with a festive dinner starting at 8 PM. Duo Dule and Vanja will entertain the audience with foreign pop-rock hits, and after them, Dalibor Ševaljevic will continue with disco sounds.

Option 1

Fish
- Square fish amuse-bouche
- Prawn risotto served with spring onion and basil leaves, fresh orange segments, burned orange skin, and orange oil
- Seabass fillet backed with homemade hazelnut butter and served with steamed broccoli, grilled mushroom sauce, and cabernet sauvignon reduction
- White chocolate pistachio glaze stuffed with ruby chocolate mousse and raspberry jam garnish
Meat
- Square meat amuse-bouche
- Creamy pumpkin risotto topped with confit duck tights marinated in teriyaki sauce and sesame oil finished with black sesame seeds
- Braised beef cheeks served with homemade mashed potatoes, local rocket salad, crispy onion and fermented blackberry sauce
- Duo mousse - hazelnut stuffed with chocolate brownie and caramelized banana
The price for the Option 1 Menu is 100€ per person.
With this menu, guests receive a bottle of Prosecco at midnight.
Option 2
- Mezze and welcome drink
- Mezze platter
- Pork prosciutto, beef prosciutto, local cheese, marinated olives, homemade bread, homemade dips, homemade salad.
The price for the Option 2 Menu is 50€ per person and includes a platter of mezze and a welcome drink.
