Klapa Castel Nuovo's performance at 5 PM in Marina Square Portonovi will be an overture to Klapa Kaše.
Klapa Castel Nuovo was founded in 1921 in Baošići as part of Gradska muzika (Town Music), where it was a tambourine ensemble. Klapa lasted for a couple of generations and officially stopped working after ten years. It was renewed on July 25, 2006, and its founder and leader is Mr. Dušan Tadić. Klapa has performed in local and international klapa competitions and won numerous recognitions and awards. Also, they have performed in Portonovi several times, much to all visitors' delight.
The entrance is free for all visitors.
There is open parking in Portonovi, as well as a garage, and the price is one euro per hour.
