Retail Manager job description:
- Responsibility for managing all retail functions throughout Portonovi Resort.
- Management of all operational issues that ensure compliance with all standard procedures.
- Resolves guest complaints and finds appropriate solutions for both parties.
- Responds to members' complaints and suggestions in a timely manner.
- Supervises all areas, ensuring that everything is well maintained and in good condition.
- Manages the budget, manages financial documentation. Supervises the issuance of goods and ensures the effectiveness of control measures.
- In charge of sales and ensures the fulfillment of goals and profits.
- Approves maintenance and renovation works and supervises them.
- Manage all retail operations in Portonovi resort including:
- Overall operation of each retail outlet
- Quality of operation of each retail outlet
- Staff behavior and appearance in each retail outlet
- Follow up on monthly payments
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Follow up on contract obligation
- Support tenants in their need and requirement from Portonovi resort, various departments
- Ensure smooth and professional communication is maintained between retails and Portonovi resort
- Timely inform retails on every update on Portonovi operation
- Control of business vision through long-term strategic planning and delivery of business plan.
- Responsibility for public relations and marketing activities.
- Resolving complaints and requests for the service of F&B tenants and must be familiar with the terms of the F&B lease.
- Understands and communicates the overall retail strategy and priorities to existing and potential space tenants.
