Our Lifestyle Services Reception is pleased to assist you with airline reservations, amendments,

Confirmations, and airport transportation needs.

We suggest you allow at least 90 minutes for check-in and immigration formalities as all flights departing from Montenegro are international (no local flights exist at this time). We also suggest that you depart from Portonovi at least 3.5–4 hours earlier during the peak summer season for flights departing from Dubrovnik, as traveling to Croatia involves border-crossing formalities.

ADAPTOR

The voltage used is 220 volts. Please notify the Lifestyle Services Reception should you need one.

AIR CONDITIONING

The control panel on the wall operates the Residence temperature and can be adjusted to suit your comfort level.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to and from Tivat, Podgorica, and Dubrovnik Airports is available through our Transfer Service. Please contact the Lifestyle Services Reception for details.

ATM

ATM is located within the Portonovi village, within Hipotekarna bank branch on the ground floor of

Village Residence 04 and an additional ATM at Marina Residences 5 promenade.

BABY COT

A baby cot can be arranged at no additional cost. Please contact the Lifestyle Services Reception for further information.

BABYSITTING

Trained and qualified babysitters, along with a nursery, are available in Montekids Kindergarten.

A 24-hour advance reservation is required, and a babysitting fee shall apply. Please contact the Lifestyle Services Reception desk for more information.

BAGGAGE SERVICE & STORAGE

We are pleased to offer secure luggage storage facilities. Contact our Lifestyle Services Reception for assistance.

BANK SERVICES

Hipotekarna bank is located within Portonovi village, on the ground floor of Village Residence 04. The bank is open from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM.

BEACH CLUB

A sophisticated yet intimate setting that features an open-air bar and terrace with stunning sunset views during summer. A selection of creative and classical cocktails, regional wines, and non-alcoholic beverages are served alongside Mediterraneaninspired cuisine.

Breakfast is available in several restaurants throughout Portonovi.

CHECK-IN

Our check-in time is 3 PM. We can store your luggage in case of earlier arrival.

CHILDREN (KINDERGARTEN) RELATED SERVICES

Children below the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult when utilizing Resort facilities such as restaurants, beaches, and swimming pools. Children below the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym without parental supervision.

Montekids Kindergarten welcomes children from 9 months to 6 years of age.

Kindergarten operates according to the International pre-school program and it is complemented with nursery services.

CURRENCY

 The official currency in Montenegro is Euro. We can accept cash payments made only in the official currency of the country. Foreign currency exchange is available at the nearby Hipotekarna bank located within the village.

DOCTOR

Should you require medical assistance at any time, please contact our Lifestyle Services Reception.

DO NOT DISTURB

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. When you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign outside your door. Please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign back inside when you leave your Residence, as otherwise, our housekeeping attendants will not be allowed to service your Residence. Our Lifestyle Services Reception will be happy to screen your calls or to place you on a ‘Do Not Disturb’ status upon request.

DRESS CODE

We also kindly request you to have swimwear covered while in Resort’s public areas at all times.

DUTY MANAGER

Should you require the assistance of the Duty Manager, please contact the Lifestyle Services Reception, and we will direct you accordingly.

EMERGENCY/EVACUATION PROCEDURES

A detailed evacuation route is located in a visible place, in the guest Residence exit area; please familiarize yourself with the information. In the event of a required evacuation, please leave all personal belongings and make your way calmly and promptly to the designated assembly point. You are strongly advised to read more on this subject under the Safety Information pages.

To report an emergency, please dial 713 and indicate your exact location and the nature of the emergency, immediate assistance will be provided.

FIRE

In the event of a fire, please dial 713. Activate the fire alarms located in residential corridors or call the Lifestyle Services Reception and give the location of the fire. Our fully trained in–house emergency team will respond immediately. Further information on fire and safety can be found in this directory under the Safety Information pages. We encourage you to become familiar with it.

FIRST AID

Should you require First Aid assistance at any time, please call Lifestyle Services Reception, and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.

FITNESS CENTER (PORTONOVI TRAINING STUDIO)

Our gym is located in Village Residence 04. For more information, please contact Portonovi Training Studio. Please dial 621.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Housekeeping service is offered daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.

INSECTS

There is a variety of pest control methods throughout the Resort to control insects. However, considering the location, some intrusion is to be expected, and this especially applies to the summer months. If you are susceptible to irritations, we recommend you contact the Lifestyle Services Reception, and they will advise the Housekeeping to place insect repelling devices in your Residence.

INTERNET ACCESS

Complimentary Wireless High-Speed Internet is available, including all Residences and public areas. To log on, please select the “Rental PN Guest” network. The log-in window will open, and once the internet access option is chosen, the internet password will be received. 

KEY CARDS

Portonovi Resort uses a modern electronic key card system that meets high-security standards. Please do not write your name or Residence number on the key card. In case of loss, we will provide you with a new key card after verifying your identity.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

We operate laundry services in partnership with a reputable offsite external provider. All items received during the day will be sent out for treatment at 7 AM the following morning and returned to you within 24 hours after that time. Dry cleaning is also available. Please find the laundry list in your wardrobe. Laundry bags are placed in your wardrobe.

LOST & FOUND

Our Housekeeping will be pleased to assist you in the event of having misplaced an article. Found objects will be stored for 6 months. To report or claim lost or misplaced articles, please contact the Lifestyle Services Reception.

PORTONOVI MARINA

Our magnificent international marina has 238 berths for residents and visiting yachts supported by excellent marina services, including fuel supply. For more information, please contact the Marina Reception on extension 653.

PARKING

For guests and Residence owners, Portonovi Resort provides parking facilities at the underground garage. A valet parking service is available. Please contact the Lifestyle Services Reception at least 10 minutes before your car is needed.

PETS (DOGS AND CATS)

If you are traveling with a pet, please kindly advise the Reservations Team or Lifestyle Services Reception upon arrival. We will be pleased to provide a basket and feeding dishes.

Please kindly note that only dogs and cats (maximum weight: 20 kg per animal) are allowed on residential premises (excluding common pools). A daily fee of EUR 55,00 per night applies.

PILLOWS

We would be delighted to provide you with the following range of pillow options:

  • Orthopedic Synthetic Pillow with Sateen Piping,
  • Orthopedic Viscos Pillow, 
  • Bamboo Pillow Anti-Age with Sateen Piping 
  • Natural Cotton Pillow with Sateen Piping.

POOL TOWELS

RESERVATIONS

Our Reservations department will be pleased to assist you in making reservations for your future trips to Portonovi Resort. In case you wish to speak to our Reservations colleagues, please contact Lifestyle Services Reception.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES

All Residences are equipped with an individual electronic safe deposit box located in the wardrobe.

Access is only given by entering your personal 3-6 digital number (PIN code). Operating instructions are located inside the safes. We strongly recommend using our in-residence safe deposit boxes for your valuables. Portonovi Resort assumes no liability for cash and/or any other valuables left within the in-residence safes or elsewhere in guest Residences.

SECURITY

Resort security is provided on a 24/7 basis by security officers and closed-circuit video surveillance of public areas. In case of need, their number is memorized on the phone (local 713).

Please make yourself familiar with the general safety information as well as the location of exits, alarm stations, extinguishers, and fire hoses.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in Residences. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. As per the Resort’s policy and Montenegrin law, smoking is not allowed in enclosed spaces. We respectively request guests and visitors to smoke outside of the Residences. EUR 500,00 cleaning fee shall apply to Residences where smoking was exercised.

VISITORS

Please note that special permission is required from the Management for using common pools by outside visitors. Kindly inform the Lifestyle Services Reception should you be expecting any visitors.

We reserve the right to ask for proper identification documents of any visitors going to residential areas and apartments.
